Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Cod (or other flaky white fish fillet)
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Thyme (or 2 tblsp. fresh Thyme)
  • 2 cups Crunchy Garlicky Bread Crumb Topping
  • 1/4 Fresh Grated Lemon Zest (or 1/2 tsp. Lemon Peel)
Instructions
  1. Prepare a baking dish by spraying with nonstick spray or lining with aluminum foil.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F

  3. Pat the Cod filets dry and lay flat on the baking dish.

  4. Lightly grate Lemon zest over filets.

  5. Sprinkle Thyme over filets.

  6. Spread Bread Crumb Topping generously over filets.

  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Serve immediately.
